Returns & Exchanges

At HJC Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the helmet in its original protective bag and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
